Hi. I’m Tiffany. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. It’s been my sincere privilege helping children, teens, women, couples, parents, & families for the last 9 years in community mental health find hope, during life's most difficult seasons. I started this journey in 2013, when I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy. 

Throughout my professional development, I have witnessed remarkable transformation take root from many brave individuals who have taken the courageous step in their path of healing. By honoring their pain with tenderness, affirms the role therapy can have when you are honest with yourself and needs. I will hold the delicate and safe space that is acquired in therapy so you can explore your truths, hopes, & needs.

Currently, my practice attends to the care of women and couples who are in the perinatal and postpartum period. Being a mother myself, and my own lived in experience with Perinatal Mental Health, I understand the courageous heart it takes in welcoming new life and the many adjustments that are involved in raising young children. All too often, women and men suffer in their silence of postpartum depression, and perinatal anxiety, due to shame and guilt. Perinatal depression affects as many as 1 in 7 women and in new fathers 1 in 10 suffer from postpartum depression.

I am committed to bringing greater awareness regarding Perinatal Mood Disorders, breaking the silence, and helping others find relief, resiliency, self-compassion, and hope!

My specialties are also rooted in supporting young adults, children & their caregivers. Strengthening a child/parent bond can increase a child's self-esteem, self-compassion, resiliency, and secure attachment.
