Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance at this time. However, don't let this deter you from asking your insurance provider about "out-of-network" benefits. This will require some work on your part to inquire information from your insurance provider to determine if your "out-of-network" benefits provides you with a partial reimbursement for Telehealth. To my understanding insurance companies will not reimburse for couple's therapy. Upon your request, I can provide you a superbill (insurance receipt) that details your sessions and service codes.
How much are your session rates?
Please inquire for 2022 session rates.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
No, not at this moment. However, I do plan to have scholarships available in the future, that could help with the cost of therapy for individuals facing financial hardship. An application process will be required. I will keep you informed when this becomes available.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a means of using the Internet to conduct online therapy. Some individuals prefer to use either video or phone for weekly sessions. Online therapy will also be conducted using a secure HIPPA compliant platform. Telehealth also provides the convenance of not having to rush out the door to make your appointment. You get to decide the location of where you want to setup your virtual video, please keep in mind to ensure you are in a private location, to protect your confidentiality, try to be away from zero distractions, and have secure internet connection.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I do offer in-person sessions. Clients will have the option to meet with me either online or in-person.
How do I get started?
First steps are to reach out to me and schedule your free 25 minute phone consultation. During the phone consult, I am able to answer any questions you may have, this also gives me a brief moment to hear more from you. We will both determine if I am a good fit for you. After that, we will decide on a time and day to schedule your initial intake session.
